With a passion for helping navigate the world of people in business, Leah is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in Human Resources throughout the United States and areas within Canada and Europe. Though her career didn’t begin in Human Resources, having a diverse industry and professional background has provided an opportunity to relate directly with employees while sharing perspectives and strategic insight at all levels.
Recognizing that we all have unique characteristics and preferred methods of communication, Leah uses a human-first approach when partnering with leadership to establish and continuously improve business results and the employee experience.
She calls it like it is and challenges the status quo when necessary. Leaders may not always have the capacity to build or continue an initiative to ensure success. As a result, initiatives may unintentionally be cast aside year after year.
Exhausted by this continuous cycle, Leah founded AdhocracyCo to provide the appropriate support and partnership to level up these organizations effectively.
